Link Rocket separates link routing from window management: the main app applies user-written rules, while an optional helper handles tasks macOS otherwise restricts, such as bringing an existing Chrome window forward. The page lists support for macOS 14 or later on both Apple silicon and Intel, and says the helper installs inside the user's home folder without an administrator password. A Mac App Store release is described as forthcoming.
