Its specimen records 36 invented readings, including a 222.6-lux maintained average against a 200.0-lux requirement and a 0.29 uniformity result against 0.40. Readings retain their walk order, timestamps, positions, and instrument context, while the plan identifies assumptions such as an unmeasured mounting height. The displayed report is explicitly illustrative rather than a client survey.
