The system is designed around the rush of a ceremony counter rather than ordinary bookkeeping. Its sample workflow combines Tamil guest entry, keyboard shortcuts, instant thermal printing, and a two-counter mesh display; one example records 148 guests and ₹4,82,501. The site also describes a staffed option in which laptops, Bluetooth printers, paper rolls, and backup batteries travel to the venue. Cloud/API-key and family-portal features are listed separately, but the extract does not show them operating.
