The project combines YAML declarations with discovery from Kubernetes, Kafka, and Kafka Connect, then applies configured precedence to produce an environment graph. Its health model keeps severity separate from observation quality: UNKNOWN and DISABLED are not placed on the HEALTHY-to-UNHEALTHY scale, and failed polls retain their last reading while reporting the failure. The reference pipeline specifies 10 nodes and 9 edges in production and 7 nodes and 6 edges in staging.
