Pocket Curio uses on-device text recognition to turn lettering printed on a souvenir into a suggested place name, which the user can check before saving. Its collections can be sorted by date or place, and a batch mode lets users box individual magnets from a photograph of an entire fridge. Optional records include the date, occasion, giver, rating, and personal story; the page says photos remain on the phone rather than going to the cloud.
