stay. divides treatment support into deliberately small rooms: the clinic plan, today, food and movement, sleep, symptoms, visits, mind, money and papers, caregiver details, and help numbers. Its stated data model is notably local: there is no server or account, deletion removes the record, and a caregiver can export a copy. Apple Health may provide sleep duration with permission, but the app says it never writes back to Health. Import and restore are not yet shipped.
