The browser workflow accepts a screenshot or photo and runs recognition locally in the tab, downloading an approximately 7 MB engine on the first scan. SwipeScan separates extraction from verification: IMEIs are checked with Luhn, VINs with mod-11, and IBANs with mod-97, while meters and serial numbers are reported without a false confirmation.
