The project combines parcel-level mapping with planning and development signals rather than limiting the map to properties currently advertised for sale. Its listed layers include FAR, OSR, government-assessed value, recurring flood locations, 5,933 EIA points, and 500-metre buffers around 414 rail stations. A separate calculator accepts land area, land price, and sale price, then estimates after-tax IRR, NPV, payback time, and monthly cash flow. The page cautions that assessed values are not market prices and calculations are preliminary estimates.
