The school structures practice around cases supplied by participants, recreating situations such as stalled meetings, family lunches, and workplace messages under timed conditions. Its open classes cap enrollment at nine people, and each session produces both printed structure sheets and an audio file of the participant’s interventions. The company program uses the client’s own meeting vocabulary and can include close observation of two workplace meetings. Listed tracks run from eight sessions over nine weeks to a four-month weekend course.
