VIVE Utah combines three local-discovery layers in one proposed mobile service: nearby business offers, city events, and a food-truck map whose operators control an open-or-closed signal. Its redemption flow uses customer QR codes scanned by participating businesses, with each transaction adding VIVE points toward local rewards. The page also describes separate customer, business, and administrator roles and says the map uses OpenStreetMap. Store distribution is still pending, with Google Play and App Store links marked forthcoming.
