WikiBrain: A Wiki That Agents Can Read and Write
WikiBrain turns URLs, PDFs, Word files, text, BibTeX, and Zotero libraries into a linked Markdown knowledge base that AI agents can query and edit.
Field notes
WikiBrain organizes incoming material through a raw queue before an agent applies the project’s schema and writes linked Markdown pages, including index and activity-log updates. Its research features include DOI, Crossref, arXiv, and PubMed metadata, automatic reference expansion, BibTeX and CSL-JSON exchange, and Zotero synchronization. The site also describes six MCP operations for external agents and exports the resulting wiki as an Obsidian-compatible Markdown zip.
