The named workflow treats an operating-review pack as three coordinated files: an XLSX model, a PPTX deck, and a DOCX memo. Before editing, the engines inspect the structures and bind changes to existing content; presentation and memo requests also carry the source-file digest, so an underlying file change becomes a mismatch rather than an overwrite. Separate command-line processes save a new bundle, while independent reader libraries verify selected values and untouched references.
