The service assigns each animal a QR code that mediates access: a stable, vet or driver scans it, selects a care, medical, transport or view-only request, and waits for approval. Owners can set an end date or revoke access while preserving the activity history. The example workflow includes named staff, scheduled feeding, medication and turnout, while animal profiles expose fields such as pedigree, microchip, passport, vaccination and farrier intervals.
