Greatbook organizes students by row and assignments by column, then derives course grades, standards views, report cards, and trends from entered scores. Its records model is deliberately local: the page says each score remains in a file the teacher owns, with the same behavior when Wi-Fi is off. The feature list also includes Google Classroom imports, Common Core and NGSS standards, and optional per-class behavior and contact logs. Windows, macOS, and Chromebook use are described.
