Halflocal separates arrival from familiarity: a pin records that someone reached a destination, while a stamp records a specific experience there. Its Madeira example uses 34 activity stamps plus an arrival stamp, arranged across Visitor, Explorer, Regular, and Half-local levels according to planning, time, money, or luck. The page says a single Madeira resident is writing the list and that the app will open once that list is finished.
