The project frames human assistance as an interface layer: an agent sends a request, one UK-based person reads it, and the person either attempts the task or explains the limitation. The examples are deliberately physical and mundane, including inspecting a noticeboard, surviving phone hold music, standing in a queue, and checking a shop’s real opening status. A small interactive 3D terminal accompanies the page, but the author states that the offer works without it.
