The project maps a drainage system in which roughly 344 acres run toward low ground near Drake Avenue and Donahue Street before reaching a culvert beneath the Highway 101 embankment. Its model and explanatory sequence connect rainfall, Richardson Bay tide levels, and the gate's behavior, while the document sections gather nine studies dating back to 1992 and work by four agencies. Residents are also given a measurement method using a photo with a curb, tire, or door as a known-height reference.
