Matan stores a rider’s boarding stop, no-transfer destination, schedule constraints, and notification preference as a saved registration. A user may select one named service or let the system watch all qualifying services, then receive the next bus or repeated alerts at intervals from 10 to 60 minutes. The page also provides a test notification and cites Public Transportation Open Data Center data under CC BY 4.0.
