The service treats a Form D raise as a longitudinal record rather than a single filing: D/A amendments are folded into the original using the SEC file number, with amendment_count retained. Its enrichment layer adds issuer raise sequence, amount_sold_pct, coarse sector, related persons, and fund-versus-operating classification. Query examples show pagination and filters such as exclude_funds, is_first_raise, min_offering, and min_sold; webhook registration accepts a destination URL and matching rules.
