Field notes

The app uses ordinary Finder folders rather than a separate vault: ~/Scratchbox/Inbox, Kept, and Expired remain visible and can be opened directly. Screenshot files are assigned a 48-hour lifespan, while other files receive seven days; paid expiry reportedly leaves them in Expired for 24 hours before moving them to system Trash. The companion Chrome workflow covers visible tabs, selected regions, full pages, and recordings, with tab audio and optional microphone support.
