TalaanPH says it normalizes 121,169 supplier name variants into 117,814 suppliers and places 23,169 agencies into departments and regions. Its comparison window begins in 2015, while the displayed time series ends in May 2025 because later awards may be posted after the fact. The project says figures are computed from an archived record at build time and that it reports institutional patterns without naming suppliers or officials.
