The workshop starts by observing an existing procedure, selects one task, and builds a small prototype before expanding the system. Its examples use familiar low-cost tools such as Google Sheets, forms, and LINE rather than requiring a large software installation. The page distinguishes measured results from estimates: sales aggregation is marked as measured at roughly two minutes, while paper-to-record transcription and facility coordination are presented as operating estimates. Its own examples come from automobile recycling and pet-hotel referral work.
