The form accepts four training stages, a term start date, a three-, six-, or twelve-month duration, and FTE. It can also use a last ITA due date or commencement date to preserve the trainee’s three-month reminder cycle. The generated .ics file includes WBA due dates and ITA reminders with seven-day alerts.
