The Accessibility Record
A public-record project tracks what institutions publish about accessibility governance, from complaint routes and accountability to procurement and remediation plans.
Field notes
Profiles start with the institution's public accessibility channel, including the coordinator, complaint route, and barrier-report route, before moving through five domains and 30 indicators. The project records source URLs, capture dates, evidence codes, and a Level computation on permanent versioned pages. Its methodology repeatedly separates what an institution publishes from whether it actually complies with a law or standard, including when a profile reports NONE FOUND.
