AgDR Gives AI Agents a Decision Log
AgDR is a portable record format for capturing consequential technical choices made by AI agents, including their rationale and trade-offs.
Field notes
AgDR represents each decision as a Markdown document with fields including an ID, timestamp, agent, model, trigger, and status, followed by context, alternatives, the choice, and consequences. Its companion validator checks metadata, enums, required sections, unique IDs, Y-statements, and supersession references; the visible sample reports two records checked and zero errors. The page lists setup routes for several coding agents and a repository layout using docs/agdr/AgDR-*.md.
