The tool separates lessons that can be mechanically checked from lessons that require model judgment. Script-detectable mistakes become Claude Code hooks, while other fixes are written as one-line entries in LESSONS.md; the page says the file is ordered by firing frequency and scoped per package. Users can inspect outcomes with na ok L001 or na wrong L001, and fires.log remains local while shared configuration is committed with the project.
