Costa Viva: a coastal conditions map with river context

The map combines marine conditions with an upstream-to-coast river view, using three plotted points per river and color-coding flow as low, normal, or high. Its live discharge coverage is explicitly limited to nine named river systems, while Basque rivers lack automatic data access. Additional layers include AEMET lightning information, a calculated moon position, and user-created public or private markers for coastal, boating, and diving locations.
