Family Foundation Model
Two protein-preference models rank compounds against a target, or targets against a compound, across 34 protein families.
Field notes
The project separates two pairwise questions that are often collapsed into a single drug-discovery claim: comparing compounds while holding a target fixed, and comparing targets while holding a compound fixed. It reports an ordering plus a strength value between 0.5 and 1.0, and says those strength bands carry measured accuracy. The published scope is 34 protein families, trained from ChEMBL 37 alone, with p300 used as an example because it carries both reader and writer family labels.
