FertiScope, a questionnaire for the exposures around fertility
A multilingual educational questionnaire that maps everyday exposures potentially linked to infertility, then labels each factor by its level of scientific evidence.
Field notes
The questionnaire begins by separating woman, man, and couple pathways, then surveys exposures distributed across rooms and routines: cosmetics in the bathroom, packaging and additives in the kitchen, cleaning products, electronics, water, and textiles. Each factor is assigned one of five evidence statuses, including “not studied” and “unconfirmed claim,” rather than being converted into a risk percentage. The site says responses remain in the browser during the session and are not retained.
