Godric’s workflow keeps fund documents, extracted text, and source paths on the authoring machine while producing a reviewed structured model. The page says a deterministic engine, rather than a language model, calculates outputs and that the same definition generates native Excel formulas. Its initial scope includes closed-end, USD-denominated fee models with fee bases, offsets, reference dates, investment-period expiry, and successor step-downs; unsupported provisions are intended to block approval instead of disappearing into simplification.
