Field notes

MoSA organises its public work around a collection beginning with Rapa Nui, covering stone moai, Ta'oa, Ivi tupuna, moai kavakava, sacred geography, and material described as outside the field of conventional collections. The site also links research to action through a restitution guide, a customisable letter prototype, an organisation directory, and a multilingual generator identified as still in development. Its events section includes a planned Rapa Nui-led visit to the British Museum's Hoa Hakananai'a and Rapa Nui collection.
