The visible model works from whole-blood gene-expression data and separates patient from control signals across a dataset identified as n = 192. Its live interface runs on Streamlit, with Python and scikit-learn named in the linked repository. The site distinguishes this open proof of concept from a planned second engine using proprietary iPSC-derived multi-omics data, and describes the latter as part of a production clinical platform still in development.
