Field notes
A plan is signed and timestamped before the tool selects the first eligible randomness pulse at or after the registered instant. The documented workflow produces a receipt and a reviewable bundle, while offline verification checks the registration, selection, randomness, and execution evidence. The site also describes an hourly commitment to hardware entropy, two RFC 3161 tokens, and a Rekor anchor before a pulse becomes eligible. Legacy reveal-based contracts remain executable but are labeled separately.
