The project separates memory submissions from general inquiries, allowing visitors to write, upload photographs, audio, video, or documents without creating an account. Its form records more than a story itself: contributors can supply a date range, explain whether the account is firsthand or inherited, identify related people or organizations, and preserve local nicknames and terminology. Uploaded files are limited to 50 MB, and the page includes distinct routes for partnership requests, corrections, media, and outreach.
