Renulio organizes manually entered subscription records into an inbox containing expected cost, renewal date, cancellation deadline, and prior decisions. Its example uses a €24 annual cloud-storage renewal and calculates a 14 September deadline from a seven-day notice period before a 21 September renewal. CSV import can be previewed and selected rows imported, while missing deadlines remain unknown. Decisions record the user’s intention; changes with providers still require separate action and confirmation.
