RoughLine AV — AV system design that proves the coverage
A specialized design platform for AV integrators that places speakers, cameras, Wi-Fi, lighting, and shades on architectural plans, then produces coverage maps, schedules, drawings, and proposals.
Field notes
RoughLine AV models an integrator's design on an imported PDF, DXF, or marked-up plan, using a two-point scale calibration before measurements and room tracing. Its coverage tools account for speaker dispersion, wall-blocked camera views, and Wi-Fi loss by material and band. The page also describes derived paperwork: cable schedules with labels, rack elevations with PoE and BTU reporting, vector PDF sets, and exports in PDF, DXF, and CSV formats.
