The recommender turns nine answers about feet, gait, activity, age, and current shoes into a set of explicit shoe requirements. Its example checks six criteria against an Altra Escalante 4, including a wide toe box, neutral arch support, firmer cushioning, a 0 mm drop, and 24 mm sole thickness. The site says the underlying 432 combinations were mapped by two physical therapists and that each match includes reasoning plus a checklist for testing shoes in person.
