Studio Culinar-E Maps the Bridges Between Ingredients
A flavor-architecture tool that connects two ingredients through ranked “keystone” materials, with an archive of culinary origins, routes, and cultural context.
Field notes
The Blueprint takes two selected materials and returns bridge ingredients ranked from structural to speculative, while allowing for the possibility that no bridge is needed. The Pantry Archive assigns each material a record covering type, taste, sourced bonds, and references; 290 entries also carry cultural annotation. A tamarind specimen shows how that layer can include alternate names, colonial trade, market routes, and movement through India, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.
