Event preparation happens on the website, while venue operation happens from a downloaded package on a notebook. The notebook creates the local network, each department joins through a QR code, and the six screens share timing and program state without relying on venue Wi-Fi or mobile service. The export-and-return workflow preserves corrections made during the event, while a pendrive-based HTML package serves as a stated emergency fallback. The site presents the interface in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
