CMAX, the training log that refuses to make you type
An iPhone and Apple Watch training log for lifting and calisthenics, built around fast set logging, movement detail, and readable strength history.
Field notes
CMAX structures a lifting session around per-set memory rather than one exercise-wide target: the next set can inherit what that exact position did last time. Its movement library separates implements into distinct entries, with alias search for common gym language. The site also describes paired illustrations for most of the 109 movements currently drawn, plus an iOS lock-screen display for movement, set number, rest countdown, and session time. Apple Watch logging is described separately from the lock-screen display.
