Confide combines an AI conversation flow with several non-conversational routes: guided questions, message drafting, local-service discovery, and short health guides. The homepage says users can begin without an account or name, edit a message before sending, and keep the conversation in the current tab unless they explicitly save notes. It also identifies the AI limitation plainly and places emergency references for 911, 988, and Poison Control alongside the ordinary support paths.
