The service separates network-level SIP checks from tests that require an actual telephone call. Its live sound check uses a six-digit code to connect the call with a private report, while optional audio clips are sent to OpenAI for transcription and replies and then erased locally. The number lookup explicitly avoids claiming ownership, location, reachability, or fax compatibility, and imposes a five-lookup daily limit per connection.
