The proposed system combines a low-power device, a local Wi-Fi network, and a browser portal rather than relying on a normal internet connection or a dedicated app. Its planned library spans offline maps, Wikipedia, medical and first-aid references, repair manuals, food preservation, gardening, radio, books, and entertainment.
