The club’s method is organized around moderated rounds, equal speaking time, and listening before rebuttal. Its annual association offers three weekly time windows and access to shared readings and notes, while the 12-session course limits groups to five participants and includes supervised sessions. For neighborhood organizations, the separate program combines planning, 12 facilitated evenings, and training for three local facilitators.
