ProTag Puts a QR Code on the Equipment, Not Just the Brochure

ProTag models commercial equipment as a linked chain rather than asking contractors to maintain a separate CAD drawing: a panel can point to a transformer, rack, and case, allowing a technician to trace what feeds what. The proposed record includes model and serial information, refrigerant, filter and belt sizes, photographs, prior visits, and technician notes. Customer scans require no account or app, while the technician view is described as signed-in and the service is currently onboarding contractors through a private beta.
