The system models both attendee-facing and venue-facing operations: organizers can define rooms, seating, exhibitor stand categories, rental items, ticket quotas, registration fields, and program schedules. Its admission workflow uses a phone camera for QR scanning, with a ticket-code fallback and no separate staff account required. The technical surface includes a writing REST API with idempotency and rate limits, plus signed webhooks with delivery logs. The homepage exposes four language options and describes use across conferences, courses, cultural events, and association gatherings.
