Semantic Reader Gives Agents Compiler-Sourced Code Context
A TypeScript and JavaScript analysis tool that resolves symbols, callers, callees, imports, and impact from source files supplied in a request.
Field notes
The service accepts a bounded set of JavaScript or TypeScript files rather than indexing a repository, then asks the compiler to resolve relationships within that submitted snapshot. The homepage states a limit of 24 files or 64 KiB and shows a cross-file example in which checkout.ts resolves addItem to inventory.ts. Results can include callers, callees, imports, impact, source locations, and a snapshot hash, while runtime behavior and complete call graphs remain explicitly outside the guarantee.
