틀다는 uses Windows' System Media Transport Controls rather than opening, decoding, or replacing the source audio. Its renderer reads classic .wsz skin files, preserves their visual quirks where possible, and adds system-font fallbacks for Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Cyrillic text. A local library records tracks manually with Ctrl+Alt+S or automatically after observed playback completion, then exports the results as CSV. The page says recording code does not use network access.
