Switchboard keeps the CALL-E confirmation token out of workflow data by storing it locally and releasing it only after approval. Its policy layer checks conditions such as region, blocklists, quiet hours, rate limits, and campaign budgets before dialing, while the n8n node returns a job ID and status flag.
