An in-development project proposes a constitutional convention in which artificial delegates design institutions, rules, and software for themselves.
Field notes
The proposed convention places 100 artificial delegates in a shared environment where they can communicate, retain memory, write and test code, and deploy what they build. Delegates are varied across model families, developers, geographies, open- and closed-weight systems, and value profiles drawn from human value-demographics. The project says adopted rules will become the institution's running software, while all outputs and the artist-imposed conditions will be recorded and preserved.
